Winter Season is upon us.

SING LIKE AN OPERA SINGER!
Opera singers sing in the most holistic, healthy way, using their whole body.
So, take a few moments right now, even if just for a few seconds, and impersonate your favorite opera singer. Whoever that is. Domingo, Callas, Bartoli, Pavarotti, or Netrebko.
Gender doesn't matter.
If you are a petite female and love Pavarotti, go for it!
Walk around feeling huge and full of yourself.
It's great for your body and spirit!
Here is the magic:
Watch internally what your body does to produce those sounds. Then replicate it. Every time you are alone and want to sing. The result: You'll strengthen your immune system, increase your lung capacity, and gain a lot more energy. Every time you do that.
